Feldenkrais Method

is a series of visualization and movement sequences designed to shift and replace habitual movement patterns, allowing the emergence of new and more useful ways of moving, and developing positive self-image perceptions. The Method is widely recognized for its effectiveness in dealing with a broad range of muscular, neurological, and orthopedic problems; improving dynamic posture; flexibility; coordination; reducing chronic pain, and renewing inner vitality. It is taught in two ways for all age groups; Functional Integration using individual, hands-on or touch sessions; and Awareness Through Movement in a group or class setting.
